Oíche Fáilte / Welcome Night- Pics

Bhí oíche álainn againn sa scoil aréir agus muid ag cur fáilte roimh dhaltaí Bhliain 1 agus a dtuismitheoirí / a gcaomhnóirí.
Bhronn Cairde Chilliain scoláireachtaí luach €500 an duine ar bheirt iar-dhaltaí (Ardteist, 2024) Ríona Ní Srutháin (Scothscoláire na Bliana) agus Pádraig O Domhnaigh (a fuair na pointí is airde sa bhliainghrúpa). Guímid gach ádh agus ráth orthu  anois agus iad ag tosú ar a n-aistear 3ú leibhéal.
Buíochas mór ó chroí le daltaí Bhliain 1 a chur go mór leis an oíche agus iad ag léamh agus ag  canadh go bríomhar. Míle buíochas lena múinteoirí a chabhraigh leis an oíche a eagrú agus le Cairde Chilliain faoina bhflaithiúlacht leanúnach freisin. Ar deireadh, ár seacht míle buíochas lena tuismitheoirí/ caomhnóirí a d’fhreastail ar an oíche. Tá súil againn gur thug sé léargas daoibh ar ár scoil agus gur bhain sibh taitneamh as an ócáid.

Last night we held a Welcome Night for our first year students, their parents and guardians.
Cairde Chilliain awarded scholarships worth €500 each to two former students (Leaving Cert. 2024) Ríona Ní Srutháin (Scothscoláire na Bliana)) and Pádraig O Domhnaigh (for achieving  the highest points in the year group). We wish them both the very best of luck now as they begin their 3rd level journey.
A big thank you to the first year students for making the night a great success with their reading and lively singing. Many thanks also to the teachers who helped organize the occasion and to Cairde Chilliain  for their continued  generosity. Finally, we are very grateful to the parents/guardians who attended last night. We hope that it gave you an insight into our school and that you enjoyed the event.
