Is scéim í Foraois le díriú ar ghaelphobail a fhorbairt timpeall ar Ghaelscoileanna agus ar Ghaelcholáistí, ag cinntiú go bhfuil rogha clár agus cumann trí Ghaeilge ar fáil do pháistí lasmuigh de gheataí na scoile ina bpobail féin.

Coláiste Chilliain is working with Foraois to support Irish in the area and to provide opportunities to our students to use the language outside of school. Foraois is a scheme focusing on developing Irish-speaking communities around Gaelscoileanna and Gaelcholáistí, ensuring that a range of Irish-language programmes and clubs are available to children outside the school gates, within their own local communities.
We would greatly appreciate some initial input from local parents about what is happening in the area and the demand before the programme begins.
