Tionscadal Globe Program Rang Iúir & Rang Caorthainn.

I rith Mí an Mhárta, ghlac daltaí ó Rang Iúir & Caorthainn páirt i dtionscadal aimsire, maonaithe ag Globe Ireland, tacaithe ag NASA.

Bhí orthu teochtaí dromchla na scoile a ghlacadh ar feadh 4 seachtainí le tionchar na dromchlaí seo a léiriú i leith na h-aeráide.

Inné, chuir Amy Jago, Enya Ní Dhonnchú agus Zoe Ní Aogáin na torthaí i láthair ag imeacht beo ar Zoom mar aon le scoileanna eile ó thíortha éagsúla.

During the month of March, students from rang Iúir & rang Caorthainn took part in a project, funded by Globe Ireland, in conjunction with NASA.

The students had to gather surface temperatures for the period of 4 weeks to demonstrate the impact different surfaces can have on climate.

Yesterday, Amy, Enya & Zoe presented the findings during a live Zoom event along with a number of other schools from different countries.

I praise the great work done by the students!
